IMPORTANT NOTICE

Exchange & Return Policy:

1. Return & Exchange (Summary)

Our pieces are crafted with care. At this time, we do not offer refunds or general returns, but we are happy to support exchanges in eligible cases.

  • Exchange or defect requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
  • For quality-related claims, a clear unboxing video is required. The video must be one continuous, unedited recording, starting from the sealed, unopened package and continuing until the product is fully unboxed. Any defect must be clearly visible during the unboxing process.

2. Size Guide

We recommend checking the Product Measurements provided on each product page to ensure the best fit. As sizing standards may vary by region and design, we encourage customers to rely on measurements rather than standard size labels.

If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us for assistance before placing your order.

3. Shipping & Duties (Summary)

  • The shipping fee paid at checkout covers delivery only. It does not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges. If applicable, these charges are determined by local customs authorities or the carrier and must be paid by the recipient. Because charges vary by destination and local requirements, HUONG does not calculate or collect them at checkout.
  • HUONG applies standard delivery service by default. Under this service, parcels are delivered to the registered address and may be left at the front door, with Proof of Delivery (POD) provided by the carrier. This delivery method helps avoid failed delivery attempts, returns to the warehouse, and additional storage or re-delivery fees that may occur when signature delivery is required but the recipient is unavailable.
  • Once an order is marked as delivered with valid POD, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. For added security, customers may request Delivery Signature Option by contacting us prior to shipment, ensuring the parcel is handed directly to the recipient.
  • Special case — refused international parcels. If a parcel is refused or left unclaimed upon arrival in the destination country, the order will be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund. We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations and potential fees in advance to ensure a smooth delivery experience with HUONG.
  • Shipping delays or issues caused by customs, weather, or third-party carriers are outside HUONG’s direct control. We will do our best to assist where possible.

Made by hand, known by name

Hanoi, since 2009

Made by hand, known by name

The house, and the hands behind the clothes.

The House

A house built on intention

HUONG began in Hanoi in 2009 as a small boutique, where every dress was cut by hand and every client was known by name. It has since grown into an atelier with international reach, and the principle has not changed.

The work lives in the space between accessible luxury and quiet craft. Not haute couture, not fast fashion. Clothes made with intention, for a woman who understands the difference and has never needed to announce it.

The Atelier

Where a garment finds its line

Every HUONG piece begins with the body. The line of the shoulder, the turn of the waist, the way a garment should hold its shape while it moves. What follows is slow, exacting work.

“She has always known who she is. Her clothes are made to know it too.”
